SYSTRA Staff Shortlisted for Awards
SYSTRA’s David Fletcher and Richard Stacey have both been shortlisted for “Tomorrow’s Leader Today” and “Best Thames Valley Networker of the Year” respectively at the Thames Valley Property Festival 2018 awards.
The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday 13th September following the Thames Valley Property Festival where delegates at the event will have the opportunity to vote for the winner. Nominations were put forward from the property industry with a panel made up of partners of the Thames Tap and UK Property Forums reducing the nominations to a shortlist of just five for each category. SYSTRA is proud to be the only company to have more than one person shortlisted for an award.
Both David and Richard are based in SYSTRA’s Reading office, which opened just over three years ago, and work in the Development & Infrastructure sector, of which Richard is the UK and Ireland and Sector Director. Both have been instrumental in achieving planning permission for numerous residential, commercial, leisure and education schemes in the Thames Valley and environs.
Upon receiving news of being shortlisted David stated “It’s fantastic to be shortlisted for this award and I feel very honoured and humbled as a Transport Planner to be put forward for this property industry wide award. It’s great to get this recognition for the hard work we have put in to growing SYSTRA’s name in the Thames Valley and growing the office”. Richard stated “This is a tremendous honour for both David and I and also for SYSTRA. Personally, I am of course very pleased to be nominated for this award; I am not sure what constitutes the ‘Best Networker’ but despite the dedication over many hours it has been an enjoyable twelve months. The nominations in both categories are of the highest standard and we wish all nominees the best of luck. ”
