SYSTRA is pleased to announce the acquisition of JMP

As part of their global growth initiative SYSTRA has acquired JMP Consultants Limited in the UK. The integration of JMP will substantially increase the Transport Planning and Engineering resource of SYSTRA Ltd in the UK & Ireland.

This is predicted to bring SYSTRA into the top 5 Transport Planning companies in the UK & Ireland in terms of turnover. This will allow the combined company to offer its clients a greater breadth and depth of expertise in all aspects of the transport sector.

The combined entity will substantially expand the SYSTRA service offer across a combined client base. Specific areas where the existing SYSTRA capability in the UK will be significantly enhanced include:

•Influencing travel behaviour
•Passenger transport
•Environmental assessment

The acquisition of JMP is important to the growth aspirations of the wider SYSTRA Group, which has identified the UK & Ireland as one of its four major global growth areas. This is one of a number of recent acquisitions as part of this growth initiative with other major companies in India and South America recently integrated into the SYSTRA group.
