JMP and SIAS Successfully Integrate with SYSTRA
Following SYSTRA’s successful acquisition of both JMP and SIAS earlier this year, its UK Directors are delighted with the swift progress made on integrating the companies and can announce that everything is on track for a formal start to the new fully integrated SYSTRA business from 1 January 2017.
Gordon Baker, outgoing CEO of JMP, is pleased with the positive response of all JMP staff to the new SYSTRA experience and would like to reassure JMP clients that each and every project will continue to be taken forward by existing delivery teams with the added benefit of wider capabilities from within SYSTRA where appropriate.
SIAS Director Bob Nicol said, “The integration with SYSTRA presents a great opportunity for our staff to continue to develop their expertise within a specialist transport consultancy.”
SYSTRA Group COO Andrew McNaughton said, “The UK is a key market for Systra and in 2016 we have significantly increased the scale of our business and the breadth of expertise through the acquisition of JMP and SIAS. Our teams have worked closely during the year on establishing our wider service offer as well as increasing our footprint throughout the UK and beyond.”
