Paul Morgan

Paul advises and assists SYSTRA Ltd’s Board of Directors as Company Secretary and he is responsible for the delivery of legal services to the business on all aspects of statutory and legal compliance as well as legal risk management on delivery tenders and contracts. As well as being admitted to practice as a solicitor in the UK and Australia, Paul is a Graduate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Prior to joining SYSTRA Ltd in 2017, Paul was an inhouse construction counsel at Australia’s largest contractor and he has a strong track record of providing strategic legal advice.
