Richard Hancox

Richard has over 26 years of experience of working in transport consultancy. He is a transport planner with strong analytical and mathematical modelling skills and has considerable knowledge of the specification, development and application of transport models. He is also an accomplished Project Director and has specific experience in transport forecasting and policy analysis through strategic and detailed multi-modal studies and analysis of highway and public transport schemes. Richard has held a senior management role in SYSTRA’s consultancy business for the last 10 years and is currently Consultancy Division Director.
