Ian Byrne

Ian Byrne is Director for SYSTRA’s operation in Ireland and has been in this role since 2006. He has over 18 years’ professional experience in project management, transport planning, transport modelling, traffic impact assessment, traffic management and transport scheme appraisal. Ian has an excellent understanding of the interrelationship between transport modes, particularly in the context of transport strategy preparation, modelling, traffic impact, multi-modal appraisal, business case development, policy derivation and implementation.
