Boris is an accomplished project director with 20 years’ experience in data collection, model development and major scheme assessments. He has particular expertise in the field of microsimulation, including wide-area urban microsimulation models and interfacing these with higher-tier strategic national and regional models. He has a wealth of experience of operational, economic and air quality assessment using microsimulation models and ancillary software (e.g. PEARS, TUBA, AIRE).
