Mobility as a Service: Pick & Mix

THE CHALLENGE

SYSTRA is part of a consortium, led by ESP Group, developing a mobility as a service (MaaS) platform for young people in Scotland. The Innovate UK funded programme is developing a mobility platform which enables young people to easily use a portfolio of travel options to meet their day to day travel needs. The service is being co-designed by a team of young people and a trial version being built for trial in Autumn 2017.

SYSTRA’S ROLE

SYSTRA’s role has been to conduct initial scoping research on the youth market in Scotland to identify different market segments and the benefits they might derive from Pick & Mix. We have then led the delivery of focus groups, contributed to the co-design process and are leading the monitoring and evaluation of the trial.
