SYSTRA was appointed by Diamond Leasing Ltd to produce a Transport Statement (TS) to support a planning application associated with the proposed redevelopment of a site at 52-68 Stamford Road within the London Borough of Haringey (LBH). The proposals sought to demolish the existing office and Building Yard to provide 48 residential units, a replacement 570sqm office building for Diamond Build, together with a 570sqm affordable office building.
SYSTRA produced a Transport Statement, Residential Travel Plan and BREEAM Office Travel Plan to accompany the planning application. At the request of London Borough of Haringey, SYSTRA undertook a Pedestrian Environment Review System (PERS) Audit of the pedestrian links in the vicinity of the site to establish where potential improvements may be required to the local area.
